As Operations and Compliance Associate, Alice works closely with senior management to support the firm’s regulatory compliance program, custody and account management functions, and general office operations. She leverages her expertise in law and financial operations to streamline processes, mitigate risk, and enhance operational efficiency for the firm’s partnering advisors, SFO executives, and their respective clients.

Before joining LinePoint, Alice directed operations at a boutique investment bank, leading financial, legal and regulatory initiatives to manage risk, facilitate transactions, and drive profit objectives.

An internationally licensed attorney, Alice brings experience in private practice, where she managed complex caseloads, built a significant client portfolio, and guided clients through significant civil and commercial matters, balancing technical legal expertise with practical, client-focused solutions.

Alice holds a Master of Laws (L.L.M.) from Lund University in Sweden and has completed advanced studies in U.S. law at George Mason University Law School. Fluent in English, Swedish and Farsi, and passionate about international human rights, Alice brings a global perspective to her work.
